1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
การใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน ZapTH ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ หากคุณไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้งานแอป
2. บริการของเรา
ZapTH เป็นแอปค้นหาสถานีชาร์จรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าในประเทศไทย ใช้งานได้ฟรี โดยไม่ต้องสมัครสมาชิก
เราไม่ได้เป็นผู้ให้บริการชาร์จ เราไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของ ดำเนินการ บำรุงรักษา หรือควบคุมสถานีชาร์จใด ๆ ที่แสดงในแอป การใช้บริการสถานีชาร์จเป็นความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณกับผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายนั้นโดยตรง รวมถึงเรื่องราคา การชำระเงิน และปัญหาการใช้งาน
3. ความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสถานี
ข้อมูลสถานีในแอปรวบรวมมาจากแหล่งข้อมูลสาธารณะ ข้อมูลจากผู้ให้บริการ และการรายงานจากผู้ใช้ เราตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงข้อมูลอย่างสม่ำเสมอ แต่ เราไม่รับประกันว่าข้อมูลจะถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน หรือเป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ
สถานีอาจปิดปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนราคา เปลี่ยนหัวชาร์จ หรือเลิกให้บริการโดยที่เรายังไม่ทราบ กรุณาตรวจสอบกับผู้ให้บริการเครือข่ายก่อนเดินทางไกลหรือในกรณีที่จำเป็น
ปัจจุบันแอปยังไม่มีข้อมูลสถานะหัวชาร์จแบบเรียลไทม์ การที่สถานีปรากฏในแอปไม่ได้หมายความว่ามีหัวชาร์จว่างในขณะนั้น
4. ข้อมูลที่คุณส่งเข้ามา
เมื่อคุณส่งรายงานสถานี รีวิว เช็คอิน รูปภาพ หรือข้อเสนอแนะ คุณให้สิทธิ์เราในการใช้ แสดง และเผยแพร่เนื้อหานั้นภายในแอปและบริการของเรา เพื่อปรับปรุงข้อมูลสถานีสำหรับผู้ใช้ทุกคน โดยไม่มีค่าตอบแทน
คุณรับรองว่าเนื้อหาที่ส่งเข้ามาเป็นของคุณเองหรือคุณมีสิทธิ์ในการส่ง และไม่ละเมิดสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น
เราสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขหรือลบเนื้อหาที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่เหมาะสม เป็นสแปม หรือละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
5. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
คุณตกลงว่าจะไม่:
- ส่งข้อมูลเท็จ ทำให้เข้าใจผิด หรือเป็นสแปม
- ใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติดึงข้อมูลจากแอปหรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราในปริมาณมาก
- พยายามเข้าถึงระบบ ข้อมูล หรือบัญชีที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- ใช้แอปเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือรบกวนการใช้งานของผู้อื่น
- ส่งเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย คุกคาม หมิ่นประมาท หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น
6. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม
แอปใช้บริการจากบุคคลที่สาม เช่น แผนที่ ข้อมูลสถานี และผู้ช่วย AI รายละเอียดทั้งหมดอยู่ใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาหรือการให้บริการของบุคคลที่สามเหล่านั้น
คำตอบจากผู้ช่วย AI (Zappy) สร้างขึ้นโดยอัตโนมัติและอาจไม่ถูกต้อง กรุณาใช้วิจารณญาณและตรวจสอบข้อมูลสำคัญด้วยตนเอง
7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
แอปให้บริการ "ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งและโดยปริยาย
เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้แอปได้ รวมถึงการเดินทางไปยังสถานีที่ปิด ข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือการหยุดให้บริการ
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะประกาศในหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่อัปเดต การใช้งานแอปต่อไปหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่
9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

1. Acceptance
By using the ZapTH application you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app.
2. What we provide
ZapTH is a free EV charging-station finder for Thailand. No account or sign-up is required.
We are not a charging provider. We do not own, operate, maintain or control any of the charging stations shown in the app. Using a charging station is a direct relationship between you and that network operator, including pricing, payment and any problems with the service.
3. Accuracy of station data
Station information is compiled from public data sources, operator data and user reports. We check and refresh it regularly, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current.
Stations may close for maintenance, change pricing, change connectors or shut down without our knowing. Please confirm with the network operator before making a long journey or where it matters.
The app does not currently provide real-time charger status. A station appearing in the app does not mean a charger is free at that moment.
4. Content you submit
When you submit station reports, reviews, check-ins, photos or suggestions, you grant us the right to use, display and distribute that content within the app and our services, in order to improve station data for all users, without compensation.
You confirm that the content is yours or that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may edit or remove content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, spam, or in breach of these terms, without prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or spam data.
- Use automated systems to extract data from the app or our servers at scale.
- Attempt to access systems, data or accounts you are not authorised to access.
- Use the app for unlawful purposes, or interfere with other people's use of it.
- Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
6. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services for maps, station data and the AI assistant. These are listed in full in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those services.
Responses from the AI assistant (Zappy) are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Please use your judgement and verify anything important.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including travelling to a station that turns out to be closed, inaccurate information, or service interruptions.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
